A museum you walked into almost casually — and ended up remembering for years

Some museum visits begin with very low expectations.

You are nearby, you have a bit of time, and you think, why not. Maybe the building looks modest from the outside. Maybe it is not one of the places people talk about much. Maybe you only planned to stay twenty minutes.

And then something about it gets to you.

It might be the atmosphere, the way the collection is presented, or simply the feeling that the place has real care behind it. Those are often the museums that stay with me the longest, because they feel discovered rather than advertised.

Have you had a museum visit like that?

A place you entered almost casually, and then later realised it had become one of the most memorable parts of your trip.
