I noticed something during my last museum visit. I walked through most of the galleries at a normal pace, but then I reached one room where I suddenly slowed down without even thinking about it. I spent nearly half an hour there while the rest of the museum took me about an hour.
It wasn't because the room had the most famous objects. Something about it just felt right, and I didn't want to rush.
Has that ever happened to you? What made that particular gallery stand out?
